Pricing

All prices for goods, services, and related charges displayed on janmareeflowers.co.nz are current at the time of display and are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST.

Availability

All flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery. We always use the freshest blooms available and may substitute flowers, containers, and vases with items of equal value when necessary.

Delivery

Auckland Metro

Janmaree Flowers offers free same-day delivery within Auckland Metro.
Rural Delivery (RD) areas that require a surcharge will be outlined during checkout. You may also call us for a delivery quote at (64) 09 833 5335.

Correct Delivery Details

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of ordering.
If incorrect details are supplied, Janmaree Flowers will not provide a refund.

Recipient Contact Number – Important

Please provide the recipient’s contact number (not your own).
If the delivery address is incorrect, inaccessible (gate, dogs, etc.), or we cannot reach the recipient, a redirection/re-delivery fee of $30.00 will apply.
RD areas will be charged the applicable rural delivery rate.
If the order must be resent, it will be at full cost to you.

Order Cut-Off Times

• Auckland Metro: Order by 12:00pm, Monday–Friday, for free same-day delivery.

• Saturday Delivery: Orders must be placed by 6:00pm on Friday.

  • No Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday deliveries to RD areas.

Free Same-Day Delivery Excludes:

• Corsages (pick-up only)

• Click & Collect wholesale flowers

• Add-on products purchased alone

Deliveries to Auckland Hospitals

Please provide:

• Patient’s full name

• Ward and room number (where applicable)

If details are incorrect and the hospital refuses delivery, the item will be returned to us and an additional delivery charge will apply.

Outer Auckland Areas

Delivery Surcharges

Surcharges apply to rural and some outer Auckland addresses.

North Auckland:
Whangaparaoa, Red Beach, Orewa, Snells Beach

West Auckland:
Helensville, Waimauku, Taupaki, Henderson Valley Rural, Huia, Laingholm, Muriwai, Oratia, South Titirangi, Scenic Drive, Swanson Rural, Waiatarua, Waima, Waitākere Township, Wood Bay, Woodhill, Woodlands Park
Bethells Beach and Piha available at extra cost.

South Auckland:
Beachlands, Maraetai, Waiheke Island (no delivery), Clevedon, Whitford, Tuakau, Waiuku, Pukekohe

Please order with as much notice as possible for these locations. Some areas may incur additional charges.

Add-On Items

Add-on items (e.g., chocolates, candles, balloons) purchased on their own incur a $25.00 delivery fee.

New Zealand-Wide Delivery

• Orders must be placed by 1:00pm, Monday–Friday for next-day delivery.

• No deliveries on Sunday or Monday.

• Rural addresses outside Auckland require two-day delivery to ensure product freshness.

• Deliveries to hospitals outside Auckland are not guaranteed if the patient is discharged before arrival; we may be unable to redirect the order.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if we have not yet picked or arranged your flowers or gifts.
Because flowers, plants, and food items are perishable, we cannot cancel or refund orders that have already been created or are in the process of being delivered.
