All flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery, always using freshest blooms available to equal value,items, containers and vases are subject to availability on the day of delivery and may be substituted.

Your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering,if the delivery details you have given are incorrect Janmareeflowers  will not refund any payment.

 

 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE : Receipt Contact Number – Please ensure you put the receipt not yours ,if we have incorrect address / details or unable to deliver re gate/Dog and unable to contact the receipt ,there is a redirection / re delivery fee of an  extra $30.00 will apply. WEST AUCKLAND : Helensville, Waimuku Taupaki Henderson Valley Rural, Huia, Langholm, Muriwai, Oratia, South Titirangi, Scenic Drive, Swanson Rural, Taupaki, Waiatarua, Waima, Waitakere Township, Wood Bay, Woodhill and Woodlands Park.

 

 

We are able to deliver to Bethells Beach, Piha at extra cost

 

 

SOUTH AUCKLAND : Beachlands, Maraetai, Waiheke Island , Clevedon, Whitford, Tuakau, Waiuku and Pukekohe), please order with as much notice as possible to ensure delivery on the preferred day. Some outer areas may incur extra cost- for example

 

 

Waiheke Island is no deliveries

New Zealand Wide Delivery

 

 

New Zealand Wide Deliveries: You have to place your order by 1.00pm daily, Monday – Friday to get the next day delivery, no deliveries on a Sunday/Monday.

 

 

Rural delivery addresses outside of Auckland:These have a two day delivery times so we can guarantee the the freshness of product.

 

 

Deliveries to hospital outside of Auckland:There is high possibility the person could have been discharged when the delivery arrives and in that situation are unable to redirect the delivery.

Cancellation

 

 

If need to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded if we haven’t yet picked and arranged your flowers or gift, the Flowers and foods or plants are of perishable nature of our items we are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and/or are in the process of being delivered.
