Flower Deliveries
What time will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries are made on the date selected on your order.
We prioritise:

Business addresses

Schools
-
Funerals
All other residential and hospital deliveries are made as soon as possible.
Saturday deliveries are made ASAP, depending on traffic and courier availability.
During peak floral periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.) please order one day earlier to ensure timely delivery.
Do you deliver flowers to the rest of New Zealand?
Yes.
We offer a set rate for each region throughout New Zealand.
Do you deliver to rural addresses in Auckland?
Yes.
There is an additional rural charge.
If your area does not appear on our website, please call us at (+64) 9 833 5335 to check if delivery is possible.
Are corsages free delivery?
No.
Corsages are pick-up only from:
41 Tauhinu Road, Greenhithe
Delivery is available at:

Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes, depending on:

What if delivery details are incorrect?
A redelivery fee applies:

What if access to the property or apartment is difficult?
Please provide the recipient’s contact number so we can reach them and ensure delivery is completed on the day.
What happens if no one is home?
We will leave the flowers in a cool, safe, and sheltered location, out of view from the road whenever possible.
Can I book a specific delivery time?
You may request a preferred time.
We will deliver at that time if possible, or as close as we can.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes—as long as your order has not yet been made or loaded onto the courier.
If there is a delivery issue, we will discuss options with you to reach a positive outcome.

If the recipient requests to know who sent the flowers, we will contact you.
Due to New Zealand privacy laws, we cannot disclose the sender without your permission.
