We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information.

After a transaction, your private information (credit card numbers, financials, etc.) is not stored on our servers.
We may collect non-personal data for analysis and evaluation to help improve our website, services, and products. This data is not connected to any personally identifiable information.
Google Analytics & Google AdWords
Janmaree Flowers uses Analytics Remarketing via Google Analytics and AdWords Remarketing via Google AdWords to advertise online.
Any data collected is used in accordance with our privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Disclosing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.
Privacy
Your membership account information with Janmaree Flowers is kept strictly private. It is used only for autofilling future orders, saving delivery addresses, and providing reminder services.
This information is not shared in any way.
Privacy for Anonymous Flower Orders
If you choose an anonymous order, we will not include your name on the enclosure card.
If the recipient contacts us requesting the sender’s identity, we will email you and follow your instructions.
Under New Zealand privacy law, we cannot disclose the sender of flowers without their permission, as our contract is with the paying customer.
Note: If we are contacted regarding a harassment investigation, we will cooperate with law enforcement and share information as necessary to ensure the safety of others.
